Reserves were low, capital improvements were dismissed for years, the list goes on. In short, the previous management completely neglected Bridgeview. Since 2018, which is the time they were hired, they have been tireless working towards improving the buildings reserve, chipping away at capital improvements, and finding long term solutions to work towards to ensure that the building is where it should be.
